WIN - A trip for two to ski Whistler, British Columbia, with Air Canada

Terms and conditions
  1. One (1) prize is available. The prize consists of return Air Canada economy class flights, seven (7) nights in a 3 or 4 star accommodation on a shared, room only basis, transfers and ski passes for two (2) adults, to Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
  2. The departing flight is AC855 leaving London Heathrow 1300 on 19 March 2010, arriving in Vancouver 1600. The returning flight is AC854 leaving Vancouver 1915 on 26 March 2010 arriving London Heathrow 1150 the next morning. All flight times are local. The prize is valid only on these dates. Flight times may be subject to change.
  3. Travel and personal insurance and any visa or legal travel documentation required are the responsibility of the winner and is a condition of travel.
  4. Any additional expenses or travel arrangements not detailed in the prize information, incurred during the trip by the winner and guest, is the responsibility of the prize winner. Prize excludes travel to and from departure airport in the UK.
  5. No purchase necessary.
  6. This competition is not open to employees of BAA Airports Limited, Tourism British Columbia, Air Canada and any companies or agencies and families directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
  7. Entry is open to all adults aged 18 or over.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Only one entry per household can be accepted.
  10. The closing date for entries is midday 21st December 2009. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
  11. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached BAA Airports Limited by the closing date.
  12. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 90 days, there will be no further prize draws, as BAA's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
  13. Any breach of these Terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
  14. BAA Airports Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes at the value of £500) if, in BAA Airports Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion.
  16. These Terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
