Terms & conditions
- The closing date for entries will be midnight 10 January 2009, and the winner
will be notified by email by 10 February 2009. - One winner will receive a seven-night/eight-day holiday for four (4) to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida including the following elements: Four (4) return economy standard flights from any major UK airport, Four (4) round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Room accommodations one (1) standard room with a maximum of four (4) persons at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel for seven (7) nights, based on a room only basis. Four (4) seven-day (7) PREMIUM Tickets with the Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun and More Option. This ticket includes park hopping for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for seven (7) days. It also includes six (6) optional visits to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park, Disney's Blizzard Beach water park, Downtown Disney Pleasure Island, DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park OR Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex. Complimentary use of transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort.
- Travel Insurance is not included.
- Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g telephone charges, room service etc) will be at the guests own expense.
- The Winner (and guests) must hold a valid passport and will be responsible for all VISA and insurance arrangements.
- The prizewinner if under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the prizewinning holiday.
- Accommodations and airfare are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. No transfer or substitution of holiday elements will be permitted. Holiday does not include taxes, tips, gratuity, meals, service charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above.
- The holiday is not redeemable for cash.
- The holiday needs to be taken by 10th January 2010.
- Prize(s) has no cash value and is non-refundable.
- A winner will be selected completely at random under independent supervision and the winner will be contacted by BAA by email or letter within 28 days of the closing date.
- Your participation in the competition will allow you one entry into the prize draw. You will not be able to enter the competition more than once. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except for employees of Disney, BAA Airports Ltd or any companies or agencies and families directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion.
- BAA's decision regarding selection of the winner is final and no further correspondence shall be entered into concerning the matter. BAA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
- The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from the award of the prize.
